Malaysia is far more than just the scenery!

Malaysia has a low quality of life. Although they have excellent healthcare and education for children to young adults their job employment is not very good.

Malaysia has excellent established healthcare facilities and a high satisfaction rate. They have 3 main hospitals located in the capital, Kuala Lumpur which means about 80% of their population has access to healthcare. Malaysians pay taxes that go to providing healthcare for residents. Some people are worried that public healthcare won't be able to keep on top of the need for healthcare and will lead to a decrease in quality of care. If people don't want to go to a public system they could go to a private provider but they will have to pay with their own money. Some people also pay for insurance that guarantees healthcare coverage. The Malaysian government is trying to invest more money into more hospitals so everyone has access to a healthcare system.

Education in Malaysia is exceptional. Primary schooling(ages 7-12) in Malaysia is a law. If you are the age of  7-12 you have to go to primary school. After primary school comes secondary which is split into two parts, middle and secondary. This school is not a must but many kids are choosing to go to secondary school now because they know that they could find a better job. Since more kids are going to school in the secondary level more jobs are being created. They are looking for more teachers. In Malaysia there are three universities that include: The National University of Malaysia, the University of Malaya, and the Technological University of Malaysia,. They are all located in or near Kuala Lumpur.

Malaysia's job market has it's highs and lows but there are plenty of good job opportunities. The majority of jobs in Malaysia come from tourism. Tourism is becoming very popular in Malaysia that makes for lots of jobs. Lots of people go to Malaysia because of the scenery and the cities. When people visit Malaysia it provides more money to the companies and helps them have a better income. The average Malaysian makes about MR5000 which equals 1,468.00 Canadian dollars a month this means every year they make 17,625.00 Canadian dollars. In comparison to Canada, Malaysians are very poor.

Malaysia is a developing country that has great education and healthcare but could work on their employment. In the future Malaysia could become a country with a very high quality of life but for now they should keep working on it.
